Second-generation property management. Built on 37+ years of trust.
One family. One standard. Since 1988.
The MEG Companies was founded in 1988 by Brian T. Morisseau on a simple idea — that owners, investors, boards, and residents deserve a property partner that operates with the discipline of an institution and the accountability of a family business.
Today the firm is led by Brian's son, Connor Morisseau, as President & CEO. The continuity matters: our clients work with the same dedicated people, year after year, who know their buildings as well as they do.
MEG is a full-service commercial and residential property management and advisory firm. We serve property owners, investors, HOA boards, and residential communities across New England — and clients across the United States. Our operations run on Yardi, with dedicated portals for tenants and homeowners.
Five principles. Non-negotiable.
